Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries related to home loans, housing loan, LAP, and mortgage loans.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and preferences.
