Role & responsibilities
Service Manager will play a key role in supporting NR Acquisition VRMs to ensure smooth and compliant NR account opening process. Shall be responsible for checking all account opening documentation and subsequently liaising with internal departments such as sales teams, CPU and NRI product to ensure account opening is within predefined TAT and resolve any issues encountered during the account opening process. Will also be responsible for FTNR%
