Job Profile:
Handle customer service desk operations in a technical program.
Troubleshoot with a web development background (preferred).
Provide support for Ads, including campaign management and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support queries via chat, email & call, ensuring adherence to training standards, frameworks, and policies.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues.
Create and optimize Ads accounts at scale.
Utilize data analysis techniques like regression, classification, and anomaly detection to identify patterns.
Manage tasks through ticketing systems and prioritize client requests to meet SLAs.
Required Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Familiarity with web concepts and development technologies.
Communication & Customer Service Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Display empathy, ownership, and sincerity in addressing customer requirements.
