Where

Our Process Associates (Proctors) provide world class customer service client test takers by setting up and facilitating testing sessions to ensure support and integrity in the testing process.

The Responsibilities:

Proctor exams and other tests, virtually; includes “Start-Up”, submission, and log-out of a test taker’s exam in accordance with each clients exam rules
Serve as a liaison between Operations sta and test takers to ensure resolution of disconnect issues that may occur during the exam process due to internet connectivity, video, audio, or other technical issues
Log Active Interventions so they can be reported on at a Company level
Supervise the investigation of any alleged breach of Disciplinary Regulations for test takers
Interviewing test takers with required documentation
Assist test takers to complete prerequisites of the exam Validate and Verify the identity of the test taker
Supervise the examination for the entire period and document the same in the database.
Participate in weekly review meetings.
Report technical issues during the exam to the technical support team
Provide excellent customer service to test takers and clients by using the business provided customer support tool including chat and email support.

Onsite
Location: Nacharam
Core Hours: Rotational – Night Shift
Core Days Worked: 5 days
Shift Schedules/Week o will be defined by the Work Force Management Team as per the business requirement.
