Role & responsibilities:
- Sutherland is hiring for Ticketing experience under airlines is must.
- Minimum 1 year /Under GDS, we can look for the following tools “Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Pegasus, Apollo”, Corporate experience is not mandatory, any ticketing experience will still work.
- Must be adapted with the latest versions of both GDSs.
Fare Logix and NDC experience is a plus.
- Deep SME in fare rules, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, Residuals, manual calculations, complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies), etc. Experience in Ticket issuance, reissuance (exchanges) is a plus.
- Track record of low error rate; low airline debit memos/financial losses.
- Microsoft Office application skills, including Outlook, and Excel.
- Basic internet and web-based application skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in researching ADMs for an airline carrier or travel agency or 2 years end to end experience in Ticketing (issuance, exchanges, MCOs, residuals, schedule changes and name change processing) and/or Fare Auditing for an airline carrier.
- Quality performance: low error rate; low airline debit memos/financial losses.
Education:
- High School Degree or GED (required)
- College Degree (preferred)
- Any other travel school/ college/ institute certification (preferred)
Base location: Chennai
Week off – Rotational week off
Shift timings – 6 am to 1 am ( any 9 hours )
Notice period: Immediate
