Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries related to home loans, housing loan, LAP, and mortgage loans.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and preferences.
