Project Role : Software Development Engineer

Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills :Advanced Embedded System Engineering

Educational Qualification :Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, or any related stream

Key Responsibilities: 1.Design and Develop software components for Linux kernel, including device drivers, filesystems and kernel modules.2.Implement and optimize system level libraries and API for Linux based application.3.Work closely with system architects and hardware engineers to ensure compatibility and performance optimization for Linux based systems.4.Debug and troubleshoot to ensure the quality and reliability of software code.5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver the high-quality software solution
Technical Experience:1.Overall, 5 to 8 years of experience in Linux kerel development and device driver development.2.Strong Programming skills in C/C++ and scripting language like Bash or Python 3.Strong understanding of operating system concepts, computer architecture and system level programming interfaces.4.Experience in Linux device driver5.Experience in kernel customization, kernel configuration6.Experience in cmake, autotools7.Knowledge on debugging tools for Linux based systems (e.g. gdb, strace, perf)8.Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.9.Knowledge on embedded hardware platforms and microcontrollers. 10.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional team.
